  • Cancellations 31 days or more before departure there are two options. We can provide a 100% travel credit with a validity of three years from the purchase date. Or we can provide a 100% refund less any unrecoverable third-party costs that have already been paid.
  • Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before departure: we will provide a 100% travel credit with a validity of three years from the purchase date.
  • Cancellations between 4 and 14 days before departure: we will provide a 50% travel credit with a validity of three years from the purchase date.
  • Cancellations within 3 days before departure or failure to board the tour: will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If you join the tour after departure or leave before completion, no refunds will be made.
