What you can expect

Begin your adventure at Gold Coast International Airport and buckle up for your breathtaking journey. Enjoy a scenic 30-minute scenic flight, soaring along the NSW coastline from Coolangatta to Byron Bay, potentially spotting whales and dolphins playing in the crystal waters below. You'll fly low and slow around the beautiful cape Byron Lighthouse then head back to the Gold Coast inland to fly around the majestic Mount Warning, a 1.1km high dormant volcano which erupted 28 million years ago and shaped the stunning landscape below.

What you need to know

Inclusions
  • 30-minute private scenic flight along the Northern NSW coast from Gold Coast airport to Cape Byron.
  • Bottled water provided on your flight
  • Every seat is a window seat
Duration
  • Please allow a total of 50 minutes for your scenic flight. This will include a 10-minute safety briefing and aircraft boarding, a 30-minute total flight time a 10-minute disembarkation and a photo opportunity in front of the aircraft.

  • This experience takes place over the northern NSW coast
Departure Location
  • This experience departs from and returns to the Gold Coast Airport.
  • Meet for your tour (Opposite) 275 Adina Ave, Bilinga 4225 QLD. Please park behind the Gold Coast Air Safaris ute. Your pilot Beau will be waiting at the airport entry gate to greet you on arrival.

  • Enclosed shoes are mandatory

  • Family members & friends are welcome to watch the take-off and landing of the aircraft from the airport gate
  • Should the forecast not be favourable to safely conduct your flight. You will be contacted immediately to reschedule the tour free of charge or receive a full refund.

  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
  • If your flight is cancelled by the Experience Operator for any reason you can either request a full refund or they will endeavour to reschedule your flight on a day and time convenient to you
